In the heart of one of New Zealand’s most progressive cities, you will find Union Square. Recently completed, the third of 6 anticipated buildings as part of the Union Square precinct which is Hamilton’s newest CBD hub and home to Baker Tilly Staples Rodway. The precinct comprises of both retail and commercial amenities, with a vibrant public plaza envisioned as part of future development phases. With a focus on occupant wellbeing, the precinct includes state of the art and end of trip facilities as well as a wellness centre.
The precinct has been carefully curated and designed with purpose by Chow:Hill Architects, who delivered on the project’s vision to create an exceptional place to be whether for work or pleasure.
Working in partnership with Chow:Hill Architects, the team at Comfortech® were able to assist with bringing their vision for the Baker Tilly fit out on level 3 of Building F, to life through the use of our dbsorb Acoustic Systems, Armstrong Ceiling Tiles, and Studco Systems.
During the consultation process, we were delighted to provide solutions for the open plan office space that would encourage productivity.

Our Armstrong ceiling tiles were also featured throughout the rest of the commercial build, offering a bold, dramatic, and streamlined finish.
